problem redirecting urls that contain foreign characters

    Hi,
    The plugin works very well, but when I try to redirect from web pages that include foreign characters it does not redirect.
    I think I found a culprits in the code – the sanitize_text_field function deletes any non-english characters from the url.
    can you please take a look and fix it in the next version?
