Hi,
I am using woocommerce on WordPress and am trying to build out wholesale prices for different tiers of customers. That is all going well, and once I can get this to work 100%, I’ll upgrade to pro to add additional wholesale customer tiers. However,

My product page does not read the wholesale price when configuring the subscription total. It does show the correct price in the cart, however.

As an example, I have a product that costs $99 for a one-time purchase, and $94.05/month as a subscription.
For Wholesale customers, that would be $79.20 for a one-time purchase, and $75.24/month as a subscription.

The pricing on the product page does not appear to be correct for wholesale customers: https://paste.pics/a38f1b82631cc88777a8023c129d01f3 <https://paste.pics/a38f1b82631cc88777a8023c129d01f3>
On there, it shows $94.05 for a monthly subscription (the price for a subscription for regular customers), whereas that should be $75.24.

I’ve spoken with WooCommerce and SomewhereWarm, the developers of the subscription plugins and they have given me this conclusion:

It is highly possible that Rymera developers have added some code that targets and modifies only the product’s Catalog Price as this is the only price that shows up in the page when there aren’t any plans. To ensure that Subscription plan prices are discounted as well, they need to add an integration with All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions and take into account Subscription plan prices as well.

Could you please get in touch with Rymera support and ask them if they have any plans to build such an integration in the future?

Are you able to help me out with this? Is there something I am missing in the setup, or can you provide coding to override whatever is happening?

Hey @taragiltner thanks for writing in!

The integration with WooCommerce Subscriptions is not a small one and there are lots of things to test with it. When we announce an integration like this we’re fully committed to keeping active with it, so it’s not something we do lightly.

We have it slated for 1.26 of WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium – it’s a premium feature because there’s likely to be a lot of maintenance required on this in the future to maintain it. This is still under development and unfortunately, I can’t give you an exact date.

Can I just confirm also that you’re talking about the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin here? https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/

The reason I ask is that SomewhereWarm are the developers of the Product Bundles and Composites plugins. I think Subscriptions is developed in-house at WooCommerce (though I could be mistaken!).

If you’re speaking about Product Bundles/Composites then we are already integrated with those on Wholesale Prices Premium:

https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/integrations/woocommerce-product-bundles-wholesale-suite-integration/
https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/integrations/woocommerce-composite-products/

Regardless I will jot this ticket down for following up once we release the Subscriptions integration on Prices Premium. It’s definitely on the way ??

Let me know when you can to make sure we’re on the same page about which plugin ??

Cheers,
Josh

Thanks so much for your help Josh!

You are right that WooCommerce Subscriptions is developed in house. However, the additional plugin I need, All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions, is developed by Somewhere Warm. https://woocommerce.com/products/all-products-for-woocommerce-subscriptions/

Are you familiar with that piece? Does that make a difference in your answer?

Thank you again for all your time!

Hey Tara,

Apologies for the slow reply! WP didn’t notify me like usual of a reply on this thread.

I see, thanks for pointing that one out, we’ll add it to the dev ticket ??
