Kills website, account page broken, no support

I really wanted this to work, as it would add a lot of value for me. But…..

When installing the plugin, as soon as you click ‘Activate’ it kills the entire website. You cannot access the WP Admin site or anything else. I had to contact my host to fix the issue.

The error from the logs is:
Fatal error: Access level to EWBPro\Modules\Custom_Widget\Source_EWB::get_current_tab_group() must be public (as in class Elementor\TemplateLibrary\Source_Local) in /var/www/wptbox/wp-content/plugins/elebuilder-pro/includes/custom-widget/source.php on line 469

I tried to report this to support, so I logged into my EleBuilder account. Clicking on the support link shows a blank page. Trying to perform any other operation in account results in the same thing: blank page.

Digging further, the page has heaps of Javascript and other errors.

So, I used the ‘Contact Us’ on the main website. Apparently my message was successfully submitted. Well that was about 4 days ago. No reply yet.

To start the trial you need to supply your credit card details. Now, I want to cancel. But, the account page doesn’t work. Can’t contact support.

This is a very bad experience.

Warning: do not install this plugin, no matter how enticing it looks.
