    Hi @dmaxx437,

Thanks for letting us know. We’ve seen the same issue across a number of sites over the past couple of days, although it seems to be working correctly now. It appears this may have been an issue on Facebook’s end of things.

We’re continuing to keep an eye on it, please do let us know if you’re still seeing issues

    Thanks

It hasn’t worked for a few days so I switched my website over to Smash Balloon Custom Facebook Feed.

    Hi guys,

At the moment, I’m not seeing any issues on any of the sites that have been reported as having issues (OP for example). This leads me to suspect that this is one of two things:

    1. An ad blocker, antivirus or similar browser extension or background process
    2. Browser privacy settings are blocking Facebook scripts

Please check that neither of these are interfering with the plugin.

    Thanks

It seems to be working if you’re logged in Facebook, but not otherwise (try on a browser window in incognito mode).

Hi, @d79. Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, that doesn’t do the fix for me, and I’m not sure if I could ask my visitors to be logged in to see the FB stream.

Thank you, too, @cameronjonesweb. I don’t have ad-blockers, nor conflicting browser extensions at all installed on my browser and the console log looks perfectly normal. If you are positive about that, I’ll try to play around with caching settings (maybe the WordPress heartbeat? My host recently took over control of WordPress’ core heartbeat) or anything I can think of on my end. Also, I’ll take a look to this support forum to see if someone comes up with a working solution for me.

    Have a nice week everybody!

@codimex my comment wasn’t meant for you and your visitors, but for the author, in order to solve the issue ??

@d79 Oh, sorry. It looked like it was an actual fixing trick for everyone reading this topic. Anyway, it’s good to try different options. Thank you!

@cameronjonesweb thanks for the responses, I have found that the plugin is not working for mobile, regardless of the browser or if I am logged in to Fb or not.

    Hello everyone,

We’ve released a new update for the plugin with two items of note:

    • Updated SDK version
    • Iframe implementation

Please check and see if it works properly with the new update, and if not, try the iframe implementation and see if that helps

    Thanks

The update did not fix the problem, we tried also the Iframe option still the same problem.

If it does not then unfortunately there is nothing I can do to help you, aside from reiterating that you need to make sure you are not blocking Facebook scripts with an adblocker or other browser extension, antivirus or browser settings, because there’s nothing I can do about those
