Can you send a screenshot of your “chances & slices” settings for the wheel? Can you also enable & check PHP logs to see if there was any error?

Unfortunately I don’t have access to the php logs or ftp files (I’m a bit of a beginner on WordPress).

You can read how to enable the error log here: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-error-log-debug/ make sure to enable the log file too. Once the debug log is enabled, you can follow these steps:

1) play the wheel on your site
2) check the error log and copy its content here so I can see if our plugin is raising an error
