Jetpack is in safe mode after restoring backup to get stats and subscribers back
-
My blog had an identity crisis last week when a staging site I set up to switch themes took over my primary site’s information, causing it to go into Safe Mode problem. I contacted support, but while I was waiting for an answer, I deleted the staging site (not realizing all the problems THAT would cause). I’ve gotten tech support from several places, and ended up restoring the database (through updraftplus) to a date before we started the staging site. The stats and subscribers are now back with my original blog site, but now I am getting another safe mode message as follows:
Identity crisis: Your url is set as
loisflowers.com/
, but your WordPress.com connection lists it asloisflowers.com/staging/6110/
! Please contact Jetpack support. Please help! Thank you.
