Site not updating

Hi,

I have a problem with my site not updating new posts. I believe what happened is I downloaded the SuperCache plugin and I didn’t know how to set it up and went to deactivate/delete it and it wouldn’t delete so I manually deleted the files in my FTP program. Now, my site won’t update the latest news items I have added.

Can someone tell me the files that were affected and how I can fix them to get my site back and running with the latest news?
