Hi, I’m experiencing a problem with all the imported templates.

All the images (even the logo) but the background pic of the menu, are not showing, but can be clicked and saved properly. Even changing the pictures and templates the problem persists. The problem emerges only on imported templates and pages (the article and posts pages) and is solved only by disabling Elementor.

The WP Debug mode is on now.

I hope I can hear from you soon! Have a good day.

    Hi @zad97,

I visited your site but the site was broken and I don’t think it’s related to the plugin. Would you please fix it then let us know so we can investigate the “images not showing” issue? Or let me know if I miss anything.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi @brainstormteam

I’m so sorry, but I’m having a problem with the ticket. Could we please talk about it here?

I have tried disabling the cache menaging and lazy-load plugins, but problem persists! Do you have any advice?

    Hi @zad97,

?Yes, of course, we can continue here. But, please note, as mentioned here, we are not monitoring the WPorg forum and there’s a possibility that we miss your query or take a long time to respond. That’s why we prefer to do the support through our Support Portal.
    ?
?By the way, what is the problem with the ticket, it should arrive in your email inbox and you can just reply it directly through the email.
    ?
?And regarding the issue, if disabling the cache plugins didn’t solve the issue, please try disabling all of the installed plugins except the Elementor. ?If it solves the issue, then please reactivate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
    ?
?Let us know how you go.
    ?
    ?Kind regards,
    ?Herman ??

Hi, thank you for your reply. The problem with the ticket is that I’ve been away for some days and had no access to that email. I’ll listen to your advice, mark as solved, and keep with the ticket.

Then I’ll post the solution here.

    Thanks for that @zad97!

Yes, of course, once the issue gets resolved you can post the solution here so the others with the same issue can use it as a reference to solve their issue.

FYI, I have responded to the ticket on Sat, 21 Nov 2020.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
