Plugin causing long loading and resulting in timeout 524 error

  • Hi, I have been using your plugin for quite a long time, but currently facing a problem.

    I was having an issue wherein, many of my posts were not loading and were taking a very long time to load, resulting in a timeout (524 error).

    I installed the “Health Check and Troubleshoot” plugin to check what plugin or theme is causing the issue.

    By disabling each of them, I found out that “Schema for WP & AMP” is the one. I don’t know the exact reason, but on enabling the plugin, some of my blogs (old ones) are not loading and resulting in a timeout.

    Please help me here, as your plugin is the best in all the “Schema Plugins”, and I don’t want to switch to others.

    I tried clearing all the cache, browser cache, changing devices, but nothing worked.

    Other Information:

    Theme: Newspaper X
    Cache Plugin: W3 Total Cache
    SEO: Yoast

    For now, I am disabling the plugin temporarily.

    Can you please enable debugging mode in config.php to see the exact error. And Then let us know back.

    Since AMP was mentioned in the error, I tried disabling the AMP PLUGIN, but still the issue was there, when Schema plugin is enabled.

    Hi, now my other pages are also affected. It is loading very slowly or timeouts throwing a 524 error, whenever the plugin is active.

    When disabled everything works perfectly fine, but when activated it causes an error. In WPDEBUG, i cannot find anything.

    When trying to inspect the URL for issue, the page is not reachable, when the plugin is active.

    Sorry for the inconvenience,There are multiple setting options in our plugin. Can you please disable options one by one and check if your site is loading fast. And Then let us know.

    Hi, what I did was exported the data and re-installed the plugin. After re-installing, the issue was resolved. But I am not able to import the data again, here are the steps that I followed

    Hi, any update regarding the issue. I received the 1.9.55 update today, but it seems that the import option is not fixed.

    To resolve your issue please add the following code into your WordPress config.php file.

    When I uninstalled and installed it back, the plugin is causing my entire website to load very slowly. I don’t know what is the issue, but something is wrong here.

    You just once disable “Archive Schema” (https://prnt.sc/vobnvf) and check again.

    Hi, same problem for me with Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP installed, last version of WordPress and last Newspaper theme. Not only critical errors, slow site too and many problems!

    Any solution?
