Unfortunately I have to enable the facebok plugin if I want to edit my products in woocommerce. If the plugin is active, when going to edit the protutos, an “error 500” occurs.
Can someone help me to solve this problem? I have other sites associated with other facebook pages, and the problem occurs in all of them.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I have had this exact issue for over a week. FB has yet to reply to my inquiry, its so frustrating!

Same problem here, waiting a solution for days ??
They reply but not with a solution… pretty bad

I’m having the exact same issue. the plugin does not allow to edit the product article.

Hi @very-well. What is the product type of the products that you are trying to edit? Does this 500 error happen with all your product types or only some of them? Also, what is the PHP memory limit for your site? We recommend a minimum of 512MB. Let me know if that helps!

Hi there. Did changing the memory limit work to resolve the issue for anyone?

We have informed the developers of this issue so that they might take a look. In the meantime, if increasing the PHP memory limit doesn’t help, can you see if rolling back to version 2.0.5 or 2.1.0 resolves the issue?

We haven’t had any updates in this thread in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark it as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions, please start a new thread.

Hello, grateful for the answer… Unfortunately the problem continues. I have more than enough php memory. The site breaks “error 500” when editing all products. There are conflicts with several other plugins. The support from Facebook is really bad… They always answer with the same question…
