    When filling cart to an amount between R1450 and R2000, the default shipping method has a glitch. You are unable to change the shipping method. when selecting an alternate, the block refreshes and returns the original/top option.

    The only way I can make it work is to reduce cart amount to below R1450 or higher than R2000.

    I have experienced this issue on two domains with two different themes (one Divi and the other Astra Pro)

    Please advise soonest.

    It seems like you’ve sorted out the issue as I wasn’t able to recreate it.

    With R1,650 of products added, either shipping option could be selected without issue on both the cart and the checkout page:

    Do you still experience the issue?
    Does the issue happen when you’re logged in as an Admin, a customer, either or neither (logged out)?
    Does it happen when you do not use a page builder, and lastly,
    does it happen in a particular browser, and have you tested it on other browsers?

    Hello.

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    I’ve just checked and it’s still happening.

    I have tested in Edge, Chrome and Safari as both a guest and logged in as admin. Laptop and mobile.

    Update:

    I have found that my client had conflicting shipping methods in multiple shipping zones.

    Ticket can be closed.
