    Hi,
I’m hoping to get some advice please.
I’m setting up a site for tutors to list courses and for students to search for a course they want to do. There will be a small monthly fee charged per course listed, so some tutors will only be listing one which is no problem. The issue comes where someone lists more than one course.

Does anyone have an idea how I can handle the billing and accounts side for that please? Preferably I need a system which can ‘see’ when a tutor creates a course listing and add the appropriate amount to that person’s monthly bill. The actual money will probably be handled on Paypal and Stripe.

A big ask I know, but a lot hangs on getting this to work so I’d be grateful for any help please.

As you say, the system should “see” when a tutor creates a course listing.

And how can we offer any advice when we don’t even know what you’re using to create this course listing?

I’m so sorry + of course you’re right and I should have said I’m using the Thimpress Eduma theme with LearnPress and the added LearnPress Frontend Courses Editor.

Since any billing/payment scheme would integrate with LearnPress, I suggest asking in their support forum if any sort of billing/payment extension is available, or lacking that, how a custom coded app can know when a new course listing is added.

I suggest you to look at WooCommerce/LearnPress integration plugins, such as this one:
