Teams Aissigned projects

I somehow managed to integrate the module with Buddypress WordPress but I have some questions.(I have premium version)

There is another option to integrate the plugin with boddypress more easy?
I would like to customize the main panel if possible
How do I display in the user panel not in the Wp-admin All the Teams and how do I assign the projects to a team
I would like to display only my tasks without that drop down option with “all tasks”
