    Hi,
I’m having trouble trying to set up events on my website.
I managed to do it a couple of times, setting up a few events, but now every time I try to access again the event setup tool, I get this error message right after my website loads:

    Facebook event setup
    - Unable to complete request
We were unable to complete your request. Please try again.

And keep on getting this error again and again.

In Chrome’s Developer tools Console I noticed two Exceptions:

    - Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('<URL>') does not match the recipient window's origin ('<URL>').

    - iwl.js?pixel_id=953104198848287:69 Error: Invalid data
        at iwl.js?pixel_id=953104198848287:28
        at Zo (iwl.js?pixel_id=953104198848287:69)
        ...

Does anybody know how to fix this, and why this happens (plugin is updated)?

@dilure ok thank you, so at the moment we just need to keep trying until it works

    Hi @axlandco

Ideally when you install and activate Facebook for WooCommerce, then connect to your Business Manager, page, ad accounts, catalog, the pixel will be activated, and literally nothing else you need to do.

Let us know if you have any other questions at all!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
