File Upload doesnt’t work

Just paid $39 for this plugin to enable file uploads, only to find that it doesn;t even work. Clicking the “Select File(s)” button just makes it go to the top of the page (places a # after the url). I can’t rate this pkugin positively until this bug is fixed.
