• Hi, on main site the preview does not show the font correctly, and even if I apply the font to h1 h2 etc etc it is not shown.
    i’m changing the template, on Staging Site all are correct.
    The main difference is the wordpress version,on main site wordpress version is 5.5.3, on staging site 5.4.2.
    Are there any known problems with wordpress versions 5.5.3?

    @dvincon ,

    Our plugin is tested with 5.5.3 and there is no such issue. Any chance you can send me your site url ? Also, if you have recently changed the url of your site, please deactivate and reactivate the plugin, this forces the plugin to re-write the font path as per new site url.

    Thanks

    I am having the same problem. I tried to load a font and received a notice saying I needed to re-enter my key because there was an error but I haven’t changed site names or the URL at all. I removed the key, re-entered the exact same key, and the plugin worked.

    However, now when I load a font the preview doesn’t show the same font. It looks like a generic Helvetica. I’ve tried multiple fonts and font file types (woff, of, etc.) but the preview looks the same no matter what.

    I am also using WordPress 5.5.3

    The site Url is https://www.mathildastillday.com, but at this moment it is currently in maintenance mode. We are changing the theme, based on the genesis framework.
    As soon as finished, we try to disable the plugin and re-enable it

    @amandabandb,

    There is some cache or minify plugin. So please clear you cache once you have uploaded new font or have assign the fonts. This should fix the issue.

    Thanks

    Yes I’ve tried that multiple times – it doesn’t change the problem. I also have “use absolute path for font” selected.

    I only started running into this issue with the latest WordPress version. I haven’t added any plugins since I last successfully added a font (other than updates).

    Here’s a screenshot of the issue. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GGva7nQ36MG5rkRpI8WRSZSjAjmI_BRo/view?usp=sharing

    The font I’m trying to add (“Bobby” – the last font in the list) is handwritten, but previews as a standard web font like Times New Roman.
