Cannot customise

    I have added the widget to the footer, it shows there, but I can’t modify it.
    In the customisation it doesn’t even open anymore to show the possible changes.

    Try customizing the widget in Appearance -> Widgets.

    If you can’t still customize the widget there, then it could be a plugin conflict on your website. We can’t check into this unless we have access to your website.
