Unable to complete WordFence scan

WordFence Scan gives the following error message –
Scan Time Limit Exceeded
Type: Time Limit
Issue Found November 23, 2020, 12:01 pm
HighDetails: The scan time limit of 3 hours has been exceeded and the scan will be terminated. This limit can be customized on the options page. Get More Information
Please help as the above Scan Troubleshooting does not work.
Also tried the following-
Under scan options- Scan > Scan Options and Scheduling page and locate the “Performance Options”
Set “Maximum execution time for each scan stage” to 20 on the options page
Click to “Save Changes”Please assist.
