Hello @raghuvirgupta and thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for sending that @raghuvirgupta

Can you navigate to your Wordfence > All Options > Scan Options > Performance Options and make sure the following are set as such:

Time limit that a scan can run in seconds = 0
How much memory should Wordfence request when scanning = 256
Maximum execution time for each scan stage = 20

Then head back over to the Scan page and CANCEL any current scans and start a NEW one.

Let me know what you find!

    Thanks!

This I have already set… Time limit that a scan can run in seconds was zero but then I increased it.

I would like to see where the scan is hanging. Could you do the following for me?

    • In the “Debugging Options” section check the circle “Enable debugging mode”
    • Click to “Save Changes”.
    • Start a new scan
    • Copy the last 20 lines from the Log (click the “Show Log” link) or so of the activity log once the scan finishes and paste them in the post.

    Thanks!
