If you have ticked the “Allows to access the forms directly” choice in the settings page of the plugin, you could access the forms by their URLs. For example (assuming there is a form with id=”2″):

https://www.yourwebsite.com/?cff-form=2

So, you can embed the form in other websites using <iframe> tags:

https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_iframe.ASP
