second popup not show on obile

    Hello,

    I have a strange proglem.
    I have created 2 popup windows on my home page with Divi.
    The first start after 1 second the the second show after 5 seconds.
    Everything works fine on desktop but on mobile the first popup doesn’t show up.
    Could you please explain me why?

    Apologize for all the inconvenience!

    A possible solution is to check whether the section is hidden on mobile view or not. Most of the times, it is found hidden on certain devices. Please let me know, if the problem still exists.

    Sorry but that was the first thing I checked.
    Nothing is hidden.
    It works also on tablet but not on mobile phone

    I’ve checked the website in different browsers/devices and I can see 2 Popups auto-open on every device and browser. I’m not sure what the problem is – maybe it’s the cache on your specific iPhone/mobile phone. Please try removing those and let me know, if it still exists.

    That’s really strange.
    I have removed the cache from my mobile phone (Samsung) but I still have this problem while with another mobile phone (again Samsung) the 2 popups auto-open

    I am sorry for inconvenience you are facing but I assume that the cache of that phone is still not clear 100% or there is something conflicting but rest assured it is opening on every phone.
