How to Always on MP3 Player ?

I’m trying to find a way to have a mp3 player playing at all times while visitors are on my site. The mp3 plugins that I found work, but start over when someone goes to the next page. I tried embedding the mp3 in the header but that refreshes on every page click.

I am so frustrated, please help!!
