After the last update, my site suddenly fell back to the last page in the search engine
while it was on the first page

The update did not change anything on the front-end, it was mainly a user interface update (back-end only).
You can always downgrade to the previous version, which you can download here:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/really-simple-ssl/advanced/If this change was caused by the update, reverting to the previous version should resolve the issue. If that is the case, please let us know, so we can take a look.
