My website is dissapeared, all in white

Try re-uploading the all files and folders – except for the wp-content folder and your wp-config.php file – from a fresh download of WordPress.

Are there any clues in the server logs — the error log, in particular? Sorry if I’m off base in asking, but every time my site has looked like that, it’s been a PHP error.

My website https://www.themarketplacereview.com has also disappeared. I can go to cpanel, but no site and no dashboard. I tried the php thing, even though I don’t know what I’m doing. Error log was empty. Help.

What is the path to find the htaccess file?

you have to go into your control panel and see if you have one. It would be in the public_html folder or httpdocs

There doesn’t seem to be either an htaccess file or httpdocs file. If I make one, what path do I use to put it in? Many thanks.

You need to enable the showing of hidden files in your FTP application to, else you’ll not see the htaccess file.

It could possibly be why you can’t see it now, so check that first.. ??
