    Hello.

I am trying to restore WordPress because I could not find a way to access the dashboard due to a WordPress connection error.

First of all, I have backed up before the error and there is no way, so I am trying to restore WordPress.

When logging in, I can’t access the dashboard at all due to an error.

You are not using any other hosting.

I signed up for WordPress itself and only worked on it. I bought another hosting and didn’t use it

Even in ftp, I can’t log in because the server address is wrong. In this case, is there a way to recover WordPress?

I applied for restoration in the WordPress site, but only said that it was not a wordpress site, or I did not receive a reply mail after sending it.

    How do I recover?

    ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The error message when following your link is

Fatal error: Cannot use calderawp\calderaforms\pro\api\local\settings as settings because the name is already in use in /www/htdocs/w0140146/wp-content/plugins/caldera-forms/includes/cf-pro-client/classes/hooks.php on line 10

This suggests that an issue related to caldera forms is preventing the page from loading.

I would suggest accessing the site files with ftp to rename the caldera forms directory inside wp-content/plugins — adding an _underscore to the beginning of the folder name should work. This will deactivate that plugin.

If you can then access the admin pages, the support team for caldera forms should be able to help remedy the plugin issue.
