Google Shopping feed shipping info only shows if there is free shipping option

    Hello,

    I am having this issue where my google shopping feed only shows shipping areas if there is a free shipping option in that area. I have tested adding every kind of shipping option and the area doesn’t show up at all if there is no free shipping option, but if there is, all the shipping options show.

    These are my configurations below:

    Plugin Settings

    I already tried checking the “Add shipping costs for all countries to feed (Google Shopping / Facebook only)” option but it still doesn’t show the areas without free shipping and since I use postal code on my shipping configuration the resulting feed gets gigantic.

    Also tried both “Remove all other shipping classes when free shipping criteria are met (Google Shopping / Facebook only)” and “Remove the local pickup shipping zone from feed (Google Shopping / Facebook only)”. But nothing changes.

    Feed Settings

    Shipping Field Mapping

    Shipping Configuration
    Retirar no Local = Local pickup
    Frete Grátis = Free Shipping
    Frete a Combinar = Third party shipping
    Frete Fora do RS = Shipping outside RS(company’s state)

    Every single one of these options are using woocommerce shipping, either Free Shipping, Local Pickup or Fixed Tax.

    They also show up just fine on the store.

    Resulting Feed
    Every area where there is no “Frete grátis” option doesn’t show, but if there is, every option shows.

    Thanks in advance, this is a pretty good plugin and has helped me a lot so far.

    Please tell me if there is anything I missed.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with adding shipping costs to your feed.

    We have tried to replicate some of your shipping settings on our test website and as far as we can see all works as expected.

    We created this shipping zone with a free and flat rate shipping method:

    This however only works for us when this plugin setting is enabled:

    Now bear in mind, in your screenshots I see a lot of zipcodes configured. This will indeed result in a huge feed with lots of shipping cost nodes in the XML. Unfortunately that is not something that can be changed, that is just how it should work.

    I also noticed you have this shopping zone or method:

    Frete a Combinar = Third party shipping

    That sounds like it might be coming from a third party shipping plugin? If so, then changes are big that our plugin doesn’t support it.

    Thanks for the quick response,

    The way I see it you created a shipping zone with both free and flat rate, but that works for me too. It doesn’t work if I have only the flat rate shipping. Somehow if I have a free shipping both show up, but if it’s only the flat rate the shipping zone doesn’t show up at all.

    The third party shipping is actually flat rate, I have a third party shipping plugin installed but I’m not using it.

    Could you check that it shows up even if you remove the free shipping option? If that still works for you then I guess it might be some other configuration or some other plugin is affecting it.

    We have removed the free shipping method all together and the flat fee still shows for us. I am not entirely sure I understand what happens for you?

    So it must be some other thing.

    Look at this Shipping Zone.

    Resto BR Shipping Zone

    It only has a flat rate shipping option, the free shipping option is deactivated. This shipping zone does not show up on the feed.
    Available Shipping

    However if I activate the free shipping in the Resto BR shipping zone…
    Resto BR Shipping Zone(activated free shipping)

    The shipping zone shows up with both shipping options(Resto BR Frete grátis and Resto BR Frete Fora do RS BR).
    Available Shipping(activated free shipping)

    This is a very complicated shipping zone, however even with one as uncomplicated as this shipping zone it still doesn’t work. Since it only has a flat rate shipping it doesn’t show up on the google feed.

    I can tell it is a weird bug, I have no clue which configuration or plugin is causing this conflict.
