Wrong Email configuration on newsletter form

    I configured the newsletter form but it gives me the error “Wrong email configuration! Please contact administration!”. I did all I could, also what I’ve found here. I have added the “map field to” > “email”. And I got this error all the time. I don’t know what to do anymore. Mailchimp list/audience ID is correct as well as the API key.

    Kindly provide a screenshot of the settings on your Mailchimp and Orbit Fox plugin so we can try to replicate the issue on our end.

    I am also facing similar issue on my website.

    I am using sendinblue. I have 2 forms, one is working fine and other one giving error “Wrong Email configuration. Please contact administration”.

    Can you provide a screenshot of your settings?
    I tried to set it up on my end and it’s not returning any error.

    Since you mentioned that it worked on your other site, please double check or copy the settings to the non-working site.

    Let me try to repeat.

    Hi @anki14542,

    Please try to delete this existing form and create a new one. This should help to fix this issue I faced this issue once (reported before) and that’s how the user managed to fix the issue.

    I hope it helps!

    Creating a new one did not work out. It still gives the same error.

    Is it something that newsletter does not work in the footer section?
