It took several days to get backup to work and I had to change PHP settings; I still haven’t been able to get restore to work.

Hi @perendie, I’m very sorry to hear that Total Upkeep has been a bit complicated to get up and running. Is there anything we can do to help / have you tried touching base with support? I’d be happy to help in any way I can – I’ve even made video tutorials before (if there’s something you want like some specific help with).

Thanks for taking a few minutes to provide your feedback – hopefully we’ll hear from you soon!

    Hello Brad
I’ve contacted support many times but without resolution of the following issue.
I followed the steps in the document https://www.boldgrid.com/support/total-upkeep/migrate-wordpress/ until pasting the Download Link into the
Download URL Address for the destination website which produced the error “Could not reach the URL address. HTTP error: 500 (error)”. Can you tell me how to get round this error?

Hi @perendie, thanks for getting back with us! You’ve made my day, I’m glad to hear we have another opportunity to help you with this. 500 errors are vague, and we’re going to need some more details – if you don’t mind we’re going to reach out to you via email so we can get a few more specific details to help us out.

    Thank you again,
    – Brad
