    Hello, there.

I do see that your site is up right now and the Jetpack connection is solid.

There are several reasons that Jetpack Monitor can trip. It’s possible that the page or some of its elements are taking longer than 10 seconds to load, there may be more than three redirects to reach the page, or there could be permissions errors. Have you checked with your webhost on any of that?

If those aren’t the case, repeated false positives are caused by your host blocking the Protect user agent’s HEAD requests from completely connecting to the site. Would you be able to check with them on these issues and also make sure they’ve whitelisted the following agent?

Once you’ve spoken with them, please let us know if there’s anything we can do from our side to clarify!
