    I can’t get this to work, tried to follow the troubleshooter where it told me to switch to a default template – doing that rendered my entire site blank.

    I can’t deactivate ANY plugin to see if that helps as it throws an error. I cannot DEactivate this plugin as it throws an error…

    Call to undefined function GeminiLabs\Symfony\Polyfill\Mbstring\iconv()

    HELP!

    iconv is a PHP extension that should be installed by default on all servers that use PHP. It is used by Site Reviews to support multibyte (unicode) characters for foreign languages on servers that do not support multibyte characters.

    If your server is using a custom non-default build of PHP, then it’s possible that it doesn’t have the iconv extension installed which is causing this problem.

    To fix this, you may need to FTP into your server and manually delete the Site Reviews plugin from the wp-content/plugins directory.

    I really apologise that I did not anticipate this scenario as iconv is supposed to be a standard default PHP extension.

    This will be fixed immediately in an update.

    FYI, here is where it says that the iconv extension is enabled by default in PHP unless it has been specifically disabled when compiling PHP on the server:
