Apple Pay and Germanized Pro

We have been informed by a customer that ApplePay on the product detail page does not work, because the wallet claims that the “terms and conditions” need to be checked.

We started investigating on that: If we mark the terms and conditions checkbox mandatory in the Germanized Pro settings ApplePay on the product detail page fails with the message that the terms and conditions are not checked – but of course there is no such checkbox…

If we set the terms and condition checkbox optional –> the ApplePay works fine.
But this is not a solution in terms of legal aspects.

Since we did not change ANY settings on that, and had the last successful ApplePay payment on the 18th of October 2020, there must have been an update form Germanized or Stripe plugin .
–> we opened an support case at the Germanized plugin vendor.
They told us that they changed nothing on that part in their minor releases since the 18th of October 2020.

Did you change anything on that part of the code since the last Stripe plugin release? Did you add any additional WooCommerce hooks? Hope you can help us on that case.
