Vendor Periodic Withdrawal Not Showing in Withdrawal Requests

  • Hi,

    We’ve been correctly getting the Vendor’s monthly commission amounts on the Withdrawal Requests page on the 1st of each month so far.

    However, today – December 1st, the withdrawal amounts have not yet been generated on the Withdrawal page. When we select the Show All option, it only shows up to November 1st. We need to make the payment to the Vendors but don’t know how much needs to be paid to whom. This leaves us in a tough spot. Could you please help us out?

    Our Withdrawal settings are as follows:

    Withdrawal Mode: Periodic Withdrawal
    Schedule Interval: Every 30 Days (Every Month – 1st)

    Allowed Order Status for Withdrawal – Delivered

    Minimum Withdrawal Limit – (none)

    Withdraw Threshold – 15
