Mobile nav

  • hi,

    i am trying to figure out what is going wrong with my mobile nav. it seems like it is the z-index (the blue background is going back) but I can’t figure out how to fix it because the z-index code is fine.

    The z-index is indeed fine. On my end the blue background stays without any problems. Have you tried clearing the cache or using another browser?

    Also, since you use a commercial theme, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Hi!

    I have tried clearing the cache – but it is only bugging on mobile.

    i have tried contacting the developers from the theme but they are not helpful or responsive unfortunately so I am trying to fix it on my own.

    Maybe clear the cache on mobile as well. Or use another device.
    Hope you’ll find a fix.

    That didn’t work either, unfortunately – do you know of another way I could try and fix it?
