I’m contacting you concerning the GDPR compliance of your plugin

Could you please let me know if the Plugin collects any personal data (e.g. name, email, IP address)? Can the user opt out?
If you collect date does the data get send to some server outside the WP instance? If it is stored outside of WP where is it stored?
Does the plugin require a cookie to be set? Can the cookie be disabled?

In https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/relevanssi-and-gdpr/ you already answered on the topic but there it is unclear if the new version you referring to does include the changes for sure and also the question about the cookie is not answered.
