    Hi !

I have just received an order and I have a big price problem which concerns. It’s the third orders out of 200 with this bug. Products with variations are sold at incorrect prices.
I sell food by weight, my variations are : 100g, 300g and 1kg.

    – The invoice is not like the others: it displays the variation name (1) whereas usually it is a variation id (2) which is displayed :
    (1) https://prnt.sc/vuetnz : invoice with wrong price
    (2) https://prnt.sc/vuevxg : correct invoice

    – The price does not correspond to the variation. Here I have 3x 3,19€. 3,19€ is the price of my product in 100g and not in 300g. The correct price for 300g is 8,45. So here my invoice tells me that I sold 3 bags of 300g at 3 x 3,19€ while they are sold at 8,45€ (before taxes).

I also have my shipping plugin which indicates me in normal time the total weight of the articles + weight of the cardboard put by default (200g), on this order it displays me that 200g so it does not take into account the weight of the products contrary to usual.
    https://prnt.sc/vuf0xc

It’s the third time it’s happened to me out of 200 orders and I can’t find out where it’s coming from.
Another example of incorrect invoice here :
The only product with the right price is “Bananas séchées gros michel”. The other products display the 300g variation but it’s the price of the variation below (100g) that has been paid. Same for “Energy ball cacao” x15, the price displayed is the price of the variation x5.
    https://prnt.sc/vuf1ar

I hope you can help me

Little up, please ! I’m loosing money

    Hey @pacofs,

Which version of WooCommerce is the site running? There was an issue with variations recently where the user could purchase the “parent” product instead of an actual variation. That resulted in incorrect prices among other things. If you’re running less than WooCommerce 4.8, go on and update and that will include the fix for this problem.

If you’re already running 4.8, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

Also, please send over the URL to a product that has been purchased at the incorrect price so we can take a look at it.

    Thanks!

    Hi @pacofs,

Hopefully, you were able to clear up this issue. Since it’s been a while since we last heard from you, I’m going to mark this thread resolved.

If you still have trouble, please feel free to open up a new topic. We’d be happy to jump back in and help you out.

    Cheers!
