How to delete line after pressing the menu

    First of all, i would like to say, that i am not sure yet is it only on my laptop, or everywhere else as well. If you could check it out, and if this appears to you, please suggest how to get rid of it.
    So after i press any button/link on my header menu and move my mouse coursor away from that menu , the dotted grey frame appears around menu i choosed.
    I tried to find some menu to get rid of it, but no luck with it.
    Does anyone know how to get rid of it ?

    (After checking screenshot please go to the website and check it yourself, if you see the same frame appearing after pressing any menu button and moving mouse away from that word)
