Very nice plugin! But we have an problem with gutenberg editor. The taxonomie boxes are not shown in right sidebar.

    1. We created an new post type and setup some taxonomies to show in gutenberg sidebar.
    2. “In der REST API anzeigen” is to TRUE (aktivieren).
    3. Now switch to new post type and try to add some content via gutenberg: The taxonomies are not shown in sidebar.

Now go back to Custom Post Type UI and change settings for “In der REST API anzeigen” from TRUE to FALSE. Save new settings.
Now switch back to post and refresh. You can see the taxonomie boxes now in right sidebar – but the classic editor is activated. ??

My question is: How to activate some taxonomies for gutenberg editor?

As long as the “Show in the REST API” options are set to true for both post types and taxonomies in question, they should be showing in Gutenberg, last I knew and checked.

What are your post type and taxonomy settings for the rest of the available options?
