Mobile Button Issue

    Hello,

    I have the slider on a number of pages which houses a contact form 7 form. It works well on mobile but I have just realised the button doesn’t work on a mobile. I am assuming there is a conflict but I can’t understand what and it does work on a laptop.

    If it helps I’m using Chrome 87.0.4280.86 on an Android 10 Device (Honor 10 COL-L29).

    Thank you for contacting us, Please check your browser’s console it has jQuery errors which might be blocking some scripts you need to fix them first so the scripts can work properly.

    Thanks for the advice, I’ll hide on mobile for now and then investigate as to what is causing the conflict. Are there any known plugins which have caused this issue on mobile, I can start with those as I am only using very popular plugins at the moment.

    Hi @norfolkagency,

    It can be a Theme or Plugin conflict you need to test it with the default plugins first if it’s working fine then you to deactivate your plugins one by one to check with which one it is conflicting.
