[Plugin: Viper’s Video Quicktags] Fresh install, Youtube links to image

    I have a fresh install of the newest versions of both wordpress and Viper’s plugin. It’s running on the default theme. I’ve searched the issue and tried a couple of the things mentioned (like adding the php header)and get the same following results;

    Vimeo just leaves me with a link to the video, Youtube an image of the video that links to the actual video. When going in settings and clicking on any of the video site options it just says player is loading.

    I installed newest version of flash and have tried getting it to work in the newest vestions of Chrome, Firefox, and IE 8. Same results.

    I also have no other plugins installed or activated other than Viper. In fact I’ve not ever installed anything else. Here’s my blog with the test post up top;

    Would LOVE to get this working before trying to integrate it into our template.

    You have the plugin installed incorrectly. This should not be 404:

    https://sandpeoplemusic.com/Blog/wp-content/plugins/vipers-video-quicktags/resources/swfobject.js?ver=2.2

    Note that the plugin needs to be in a folder called vipers-video-quicktags.

    Hello everybody,

    I was using Smart youtube and I switch to viper plugin for testing and lot more features. However I need some help.

    I need help. The embaded youtube only shows “image” of the video and no player button.

    I check all the steps on help section, but no luck.

    * I am using WP3.6 and IE8
    * java script enabled.
    * <?php wp_head(); ?> it is in header.php file
    * I install the lastest version of plugin Version 6.2.14
    * This is a testing link to the post
    * The third video on the page, I used wordpress [embed] tag and it works.

    You’re using a plugin or something that moves all Javascript to the footer. SWFObject needs to be loaded in the head, not the footer.
