Problem with youtube placeholder

    Hi,
    after an upgrade to the lastest version of complianz, I have trouble with youtube placeholder. A page with a youtube video shows an error regarding unsecure content of plugin complianz under ../complianz-gdpr/assets/video/youtube-placeholder.mp4?cmplz=1. It is then possible to contact microsoft due to change the status of the website from unsecure to secure. Deactivating youtube and/or youtube placeholder or placeholder in general shows no effect. What to do?

    Hi Aert,
    thanks for your reply. I declared the website as safe (at Microsoft too) but the error is still there for many other users who are using Edge despite they declared the website as safe. Could you please quick provide a solution for the Edge users? Otherwise we have to use another plugin. Our website is a business website and it is not very positive for our company when Edge is declaring our website as unsecure.

    Hi Aert,
    thank you for your reply.
    For now I have deactivated the plugin because we know that important people are looking at our website now and we don’t want to risk that they get the message unsecure website. Is it possible that you look tomorrow morning at our website? At e. g. 8 o’clock CET or earlier? Shortly before you want to look I will tell you here our URL.

    thank you very much! Yes, it would be better to email the URL. To which URL should I email the URL? Unfortunately I have right now no time to activate the plugin. I think I will activate it at 12 o’clock. But before I have to speak to the CEO if it is the best time.

    Now the plugin is active BUT there is no error anymore in Edge for all users I know which got the error.
    Possibly through a change at Microsoft? I declared our website to be save at Microsoft last weekend…

    As we mentioned our experience is that the message will go away after it has been declared safe/false positive a few times.

    Plugin is active till 9 o’clock. Afterwards I have to deactivate it again.

    Hi @cgpro24,

    We have visited the site and declared it safe a few times. We don’t know why Edge flags your site as insecure and we haven’t managed to reproduce the issue consistently. For now I am afraid that the only solutions are to keep declaring it as safe (we have seen that solve the issue after a few days before), or to disable the YouTube placeholder.

    We will continue trying to reproduce the issue.

    How can I disable the YouTube placeholder correctly? I tried this also last weekend but the error happened again. Maybe I disabled it not correctly.
