    Hi Jeff (if I am not wrong),

    Sorry for the delayed response. It looks like an email notification for this ticket/thread lost somewhere.

    Did you try playing with the options (check / uncheck) under plugin settings to see whether it fixes an issue or not? Plugin settings URL will look something like <YOUR-DOMAIN>/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-performance-score-booster.
