Unfortunately there is no solution in sight.

I want to expand this request:
I look for a quiz where the default value would be a dynamic one. When the form is called the value should be determined by a shortcode.
If there is a solution, I cannot find it as I’m not able to write the appropriate code.
Maybe the solution is the same as for double opt-in (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/double-opt-in-21/)?
Please help.
