    Is it possible for users to complete a questionnaire on a page and receive live test results on the spot. For instance, once a user completes a list of questions on a likert-scale, they receive a score and an explanation of that score.

    Yes, users will see the results page and can also receive an email right after submitting the quiz with a score and an explanation of that score.

    How do I create questions that may be scored on a likert-scale (5 points) based system?

    I would like to create a survey where users get real-time results based on their performance on the survey, along with an explanation (one paragraph) of their score.

    Sorry to say this, but it is not possible to create Likert scale type quizzes with QSM at the moment.
