endlessly loading

Hello,

I have purchased the pro version of this plugin 2 weeks ago.
Sometimes it works properly, but now for 6 days I only see the loading icon with any table I create (the tables are super simple 15-20 rows, 3-4 columns, bit of conditional formatting.)
I tried to duplicate the table, embed into different pages, no result, it just keeps loading.
I wrote several questions on Supsystic homepage – no answer for a 1-2 weeks — which should be the support forum for pro users.

I find it quite disappointing and definitely not worth paying for this plugin which basically does NOT WORK.

Is there a way to get answers from this company? And to get a refund for this unfunctional plugin?
