Possibility to remove combined products in {{order.items}} – AutomateWoo

I would like to know if it is possible to display only certain products from the variable {{ order.items | template: ‘review-rows’, url_append: ‘#tab-reviews’}}} in the plugin AutomateWoo. Indeed, I have combined products in my store, and I wanted to know if I can display only the parent product (example a wooden toothbrush) and not the child products (example the wooden toothbrush handle and the brush head) in the mail I want to generate.
