Payment goes through but Wallet not credited

    Hi there,

    I am using TeraWallet with WooCommerce and when i buy something from my shop, unfortunately even though the purchase is confirmed, the Wallet does not get credited.

    I have tried with different gateways such as our own token and credits from GamiPress, but no luck.

    Please Help!

    Hi @gigipiscitelli –

    I think the folks at the support forum for TeraWallet may be better able to assist you with this. My guess is there is something that’s not coming back telling your site the order is completed or there’s a setting amiss somewhere.

    Also, please note that orders for items that are not downloadable do not automatically complete, they will go into the “Processing” status until you manually complete the order.

    Thanks for you reply.

    I have asked their support as well, hopefully they’ll be able to help.

    The crazy thing is that If i top up or transfer the money with email it all works fine.

    I’m starting to think it’s a plug in issue as last time i had to delete it and re-install it, but this time hasn’t worked.

    This does sound like the kind of thing that the plugin developers will need to work with you on.

    I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolves now since you’ll be taking this forward with TeraWallet.

    Support told me: Transferring money to seller account is not done by our plugin. If you want to do so then we have to do custom code.

    Of course they never answered back when i asked them to do so, so I solved the problem by hiring a developer who wrote the new code to make it work.
