Missing Customers

  • My WooCommerce->Customers section is missing customers that have placed an order. I can see the orders with the customer details in the WooCommerce->Orders section and the names of those customers do appear in the WordPress->Users section. But when I go to Customers, only one person is shown that has placed an order (at this point, there should be 10 new orders with 10 new customers). I have Guest Checkout unchecked.

    Hey @ericnicastro

    When you do a search for some of those missing customers on that screen, does it show any results?

    Also, do you see the customers listed in the Users menu?

    They do not appear in a search under WooCommerce->Customers but those names do appear in WordPress->Users.
