    I have a client using the points and rewards plugin and it’s set to award 1 point for every $100 spent but when you purchase something under $100 it assigns a point to the customer account. I’ve read through all the documentation and can’t find anything that is set up incorrectly. Is this just how the plugin works?

    Per the forum guidelines, please open a ticket for the WooCommerce Points & Rewards extension from the purchasing WooCommerce.com account using this link. The client can add you as a collaborator on their WooCommerce.com account so that you’re able to open a ticket on their behalf. We have instructions on that here.
