Accordian not responsive

The accordion will not expand. When I click on one of the dropdowns, the URL updates to “https://lowernine.org/foundations-for-the-future/#ac_3316_collapse5” etc (this was for the 5th accordion on the list), but nothing happens on the site. I’ve cleared my cache and check on incognito browsers on chrome, safari, and mobile. I’ve also tried the solution listed by @24harish on @jwpe83’s post of changing the directory -> responsive-accordion-and-collapse -> front -> open ac-content.php file. change line 79, but it did not help. Please advise! Thank you.
