Cannot install Taxonomy

  • I updated wordpress before installing the latest taxonomy, and it crashed.
    I had to delete the taxonomy-terms-order directory in order to restart the site.
    Now I installed the latest version but it does not show in the plugins menu, so I cannot activate it.
